"Live Better" Worksheets

There are two “Live Better” worksheet options. Please review them and use the version that suits you.

Option A:

Worksheets are designed for universal use and accompany the “Live Better” psychoeducation series found at www.contextualscience.org



Option B:

Worksheets have been re-designed by NNAMHS staff with some minor changes for use by the patients of the Inpatient Program at Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services.  At the hospital, the “Live Better” presentations are shown to patients throughout the week as a therapeutic modality. Following viewing, the staff facilitates discussion and personal application of the lessons and also uses the worksheets as homework assignments for further discussion.
